How much does it cost?
From Ksh 1,500 per visit
Turnover cleaning is priced per booking by unit size: from KES 1,500 for a studio or bedsitter, KES 2,000 for a 1-bedroom, KES 2,800 for a 2-bedroom and KES 3,800 for a 3-bedroom. Linen and laundry is KES 600 per set, and a deep clean is about 1.5 times the turnover rate. Full management is 15% of booking revenue, with cleaning billed separately at the rates above so you can see exactly what you pay.
